Turbo Server 26.2.8
This update to Turbo Server includes the following major features:
- New! Analytics Dashboard provides real-time usage visibility at
/analytics, including summary tiles, time-series charts, top apps/users, and a live activity feed.- Prerequisites: The Analytics Dashboard requires the Portal role and the .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core runtime installed on the server host. Server Administrators can view and manage, while Analysts can view.
- Analytics and reporting data now include improved session attribution, including site, machine user name, and improved application identification for Launcher and base-image sessions.
Other improvements include:
- Peer-to-Peer image distribution now supports public internet exposure mode (public address, optional fixed listen port, and optional NAT-PMP/UPnP port mapping).
- Added independent toggles for HTTP Web Seeding (BEP-19) and Peer-to-Peer Protocol Seeding for peer-to-peer image distribution.
- Administrators can configure TLS Versions (1.2 / 1.3) and TLS Cipher Suites for the Apache reverse proxy.
- Added support for a configurable Diffie-Hellman Parameters File for SSL.
- Web services are now configured to disable HTTP TRACE.
- Workspace proxy servers now support display names in addition to proxy URLs.
- Domain federation now federates Turbo VM images configured in workspace application settings.
- Federation now more accurately tracks the last update timestamp.
- Optimized the
/api/service/topologyendpoint with caching to reduce database load. - Identity federation can now replicate per-user API keys.
- Added Machine User Name to various reports.
This update includes fixes for the following issues:
- Stale device metadata when new analytics data shares a MAC address with historical data.
- Application value could be missing in the Application Sessions report CSV.
