Turbo Launcher 25.10.13.2475

This update to Turbo Launcher includes the following improvements:

• Improved site anchoring performance and error handling. When site detection fails or times out, a warning icon appears with troubleshooting information.
• New Policy validation detects unsupported Turbo launch flags in the policy configuration. When unsupported flags are detected, a warning dialog and icon appear with troubleshooting information.
• Sites can now specify multiple proxies using the proxyRefs array
• Reduced volume of Launcher logs
• Various other minor UI/UX improvements

This update includes fixes for the following issues:

• Proxies that accept connections but never respond to SOCKS5 handshake now timeout properly instead of hanging for long periods of time
• Files tab file handlers now correctly respect site visibility constraints when opening files
• Network Diagnostics dialog would crash when policy contains duplicate proxy addresses
• Applications tab launches with matchAll/matchAny policy rules using shortcutName would fail with policy errors
